For payments made through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, the customer may be required to provide proof of payment before an order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

9. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to accept the order and pay the applicable amount upon delivery.

For certain Cash on Delivery orders, Guzel Dukkan may require a shipping deposit of EGP 150 to cover delivery-related costs if the customer refuses or fails to receive a confirmed and dispatched order.

Where such a deposit is applicable, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed.

The treatment of any shipping deposit will be subject to the terms communicated at checkout and applicable law.

Customers should place Cash on Delivery orders only when they are reasonably able and willing to receive the shipment.
